At Strength Over Fear, we believe you are capable of building strength in mind, body, and soul with the direction of a coach who’s been through it — who’s lost the weight, and who’s committed to becoming the best version of herself.As Krista has walked through the fire, she’s ready to go back in the flames to walk you through it, too.

With over a decade of experience in the gym — from power-lifting, bodybuilding, Calisthenics, kettlebell, and hybrid training — Coach Krista will create the program you need to find a style of training you can stick with and fall in love with. She’ll help you build a healthy relationship with exercise, food, and the mindset needed to change your life!

Krista is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.  She has completed in bodybuilding, Spartan DekaFIT races, and Endurance Calisthenics competitions (1st place in Boston, Easyten and Exercise in disguise battles).

She is dedicated to helping you reach your goals — whether you’re an experienced lifter who’s plateaued and needs structure, brand new and don’t know where to start, or an established athlete preparing for HYROX or competition.
